However, as a webmaster who is currently using the system with success in a &quot;live&quot; system, I find the following items a major problem in supporting the system after using the system.&lt;br /&gt;

1. The number and size of the files related to procesing and logging in the &quot;includes/temp&quot; directory after running the system for 5 months has required me to spend too much time and effort in order to maintain and minimize the amount of space these consume on my web site. Specifically, the output created by &quot;Smarty&quot; and &quot;Swift&quot; for HTML2PDF compiles, spreasheet output, emails, and TPL conversion.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In our case, the output files list consummed over 800MB of data and required over 5 hours of maual cleanup.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I would HIGHLY Recommend that a configuraion parameter be made available to allow disabling of generation of all these output files. I have attempted to locate that code to allow me to disable this but was not able to do so. Then you can go and do you ticket order and everything works properly. The popup window comes up, you go over to the admin, set the ticket to paid, the POS popup window changes from Waiting for Payment to Paid, you can print the ticket and close the window. But, if you now try to sell another ticket everything works the same as the first time, except the popup window message Waiting for Payment never changes to Paid after you go to the Admin side and pay the order. You have to force refresh after each ticket purchase in order for the next ticket sell to work properly. How can this be fixed?&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Why does the operator have to switch back and forth between the POS and Admin sections to do a cash sell. There should be a button on the popup window that the operator can click to indicate that they have received the cash funds for the ticket and not have to go back to the Admin side, find the order make it paid and then come back to the POS side to print the ticket. The code counts the tickets available per event in the webshop. When the amount of tickets reaches less then 20% of the total the number of available tickets should turn yellow as a sort of warning. The storage of this infomation on our website server (in a shared hosting environment) is a signficant concern in terms or site hacking and possible liability. We altered the Fusion ticket logging code to disable storage of this information in log files. Our customer has full access to credit card information and transactions on their payment gateway to re-concile any problems in credit cards payments.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
We recommend that Fusion Ticket be modified to &quot;mask&quot; out credit card numbers and CVV codes and only record transcation information specific to Fusion Ticket order processing.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
